At Scrum Coach ASEAN, we don't believe training needs to be complex to be valuable. We use 'experiential and reflective learning methodology" for training to be practical, understandable, relevant, enjoyable and engaging for adult learners.

April is known as the "The Scrum Coach" She started as a Malware Quality Analyst for 9 years with diverse skill for automation and background as a Software Test Designer for 2 years. She is also an Incident Manager for 2 years that helps manage Security Incidents. On top of her Security Skills, she has unyielding interest in Project Management which lead her to pursue Six Sigma and Scrum Master certifications.
In 2016, AprilE started pursuing her career track for Six Sigma as Yellow Belt.
In 2017, AprilE continued to pursue her certification for the Green Belt where she was able to implement a project that increases process yield from 53% to 100%. She also got certified Professional Scrum Master same year.
She is fond of detective stories and deductive process like Sherlock Holmes. Her vision is to create a system that will find what people need to solve inspired by deductive reasoning of Sherlock Holmes and the secret codes of the Tesla Code 369 by Nikola Tesla.
